We have a business desk for a solution we are selling to customers. Are you aware about any mail managers or any tool using which I can make sure all the emails received from the customers ( coming to a specific alias) are tracked with an issue no or for that matter track all the emails going on one issue. Basically, customers send emails to a specific alias and whosoever is free responds to the email and answers the query. We may get a tracking or a ticketing system in future but right now, we don’t want to spend any money on this. So are you aware about any tool or anything like this which can help me. I read about a mail-manager from logicalware.com but then they are no longer open source and moreover this is a hosting application now
