Which is the DB application where horizo. and verti. frgmntion is possible?

How to apply horizontal and vertical fragmentation on some application? I have to select any application and have to show the process of horizontal,vertical fragmentation, derived horizontal fragmentation including clustering process in vertical fragmentation.

But i dont know how to do this…if any one has any idea that help me..
