Which OS and web Server ?

Hi guy’s. Two questions.. (1) My company has is web site and email hosted by a company that we are disgusted with, how to we move the site and email servers in house ? (2) our IT staff know NT, AS400 and Netware, which would be a better platform andwebserver/mailserver to run our site on. We are now a NT/AS400 shop.
