Which would be the best field to build my career’s platform

I have four fields in engineering which i can go for, but i am confused and want to ask you professionals which would be the best because i want to make platform to my career with a solid studying with which i can move apart and earn alot?

The fields are –
1) Electronics and Communication
2) Computer Science
3) Information Technology
4) Electronics and Electricals

What i am keen about is the job i get when i complete my engineering and i have heard that one would get job on project basis if one does computer science engineering therefore i am need of a permanent job
