Whiplash Injury Symptoms
Symptoms of whiplash injuries predominate pain in neck and headaches. Usually there is pain in the hands and shoulders after accidents involving whiplash. Other few commonly whiplash symptoms are dizziness, disturbances in the visions and tinnitus, or noise in the ears. Whiplash injuries are also associated with pain in the lower back – as some studies suggest low back pain in nearly 40% of all patients. The temporary loss of memory and tearfulness is sometimes experienced after whiplash – such as problems with swallowing or speech.
