Who else has Windows Explorer problems?

Something went wrong with explorer and it no longer allows me to see my drives. This problem is the same whether I just open explorer or try to use the SaveAs feature.
I have not been able to find anyone who has had the problem or can come up with a fix short of reloading Windows7.
