Why does my Internet Explorer shut down while surfing on certain sites?

Before it shuts down it will give the Internet Explorer window which reads: Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

When I click the link (click here) which allows to reads the report, it reads:

Error Signature:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.7530.11 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2945 Offset: 00012a5b

Any ideas? Anyone?
