Why do’s win xp stop loading at 33 to 35 minutes

Hi
I have three ASUS Motherboards (P5PE-VM.P5SD1-FM2/S.P5GD1-VM/S) They have all been tried with different H/D G/C RAM PSU & CPU but all freeze at 33 to 35 min’s.
Any reply would be appreciated.
