Why is My PC Performance Rated “Low” ???

One of my favorite PC Games is Company Of Heroes

I recently Reinstalled it because i upgraded my motherboard (GIGABYTE GA-MA78G-DS3HP AM2+/AM2).

CPU Socket Type AM2+/AM2
CPU Type Athlon 64 X2

(My specs)
CPU Athlon 64 x2 2.3 dualcore
Memory 2GB PC2 6400
GFX Card old 512MB Ati 1650x

I Installed/Updated all my drivers. I even downloaded the most recent dual core optimizer from amd. When i Install COH it says that all my recommended specs are “great” except for my processor which says is “poor”

Any help would be great!
