Why stay with Netware?

I am facing a big decision on the future of our network operating system. We currently have Netware 3.12 and we are planning to upgrade to 5.x. I am being asked to explain why we should stay with Netware as opposed to going with Windows 2000. We arerunning some database apps and imaging that I am told runs better under Windows 2000. Any input would be appreciated.
