Why Visual Basic and Access Dataset combo box not working?

I am using VB 2010 to write a address book program. I have made the table in access 2007 and used a dataset wizard in vb to add the access. I am having 2 problem.
1. Combox which has Yes/No doesn’t show on VB when I add the combo box. I have format this field in access to be Yes/ No.
2. the relationship is working in VB.

Please help !
