wifi connecting but cannot browse thru the internet

hi,
im using a Dell wireless card and the wireless connection is workin, gives the speed and the icon on the right has no “x” on it.

however, when i pull up the windows explorer or the firefox, they cannot connect to the internet.

i check the status and,0 received packets.

i already checked the firewall and its not the problem…

help
