Will it be possible for me?

So I’m currently at a community college pursuing an associate degree since I have no clue where to start let alone have no experience in IT. lately I’ve been questioning whether an associates degree will be good enough for when I go look for jobs while I work on my bachelors. I’ve been planning on getting a CompTIA a+ cert eventually also, but I mainly want to know is having an associates degree enough to get your foot in the door?
