Will MotoSpeak by Motorola work on a Samsung s30?

Will MotoSpeak ( http://drivesafe.ly/d/MotoSpeak.apk ) for the Android cell phone work with a Samsung Instinct s30 cell phone?

The app reads incoming text messages to the user. It works with either a Blackberry or Android phone. I am hoping that it will be compatible with an s30 as well.
