WiMAX ISP

Hello everyone, does anyone know how one can startup a mini WiMAX ISP using VSAT as the backhaul. What equipment would be needed to make this happen. I know I’d need WiMAX base stations and CPE’s but what else would be needed and how does that extra hardware connect in the setup.
