Wimax technology

I want to consider to use Wimax to put up a Wireless Company ,i intend to send the wireless internet signal in the cloud trough wireless Access Points which will serve as a transceiver of the Wimax equipment as to allow whoever has wireless enable devices get access to the internet . i want to find out whether or not can the transceiver be a WiFi router or any Access Point ? Or better still suggest how can i achieve my goal ,Thank you
