WIN 98SE MSGRV32.DLL ERROR

Have a system which was built from the ground up and has WIN 98SE installed. Everytime the system is shut down we receive a “MSGRV32.DLL” error. So far it doesn’t seam to have affected the systems perofrmance, however I know it shouldn’t be there. Any advice would be appreciated, I am at a loss.
