Hi everyone. I have started on a helpdesk and need to find very basic, easy to follow, step by step guidelines with illustrations of basic win xp and win 7 procedures to send to customers when they ring in. My customers have a very basic knowledge of both OSs if at all and many can’t even add a printer, find their docs, click a VPN link on the desktop, even know what rebooting means, find their desktops etc. including office.
PLEASE could people suggest guidelines I can either download, buy or whatever which I can send out as needed.
