Win2000 and Infrared port on Armada 1750

Since i have installed win2000pro on my laptop, coming from win98se, the infrared port doesn’t work anymore.

It says code error 31, and that the device can not work properly because of that.
Already tried to uninstall and reinstall but didn’t work ( the device and the OS ).
