Win2000 Boot Help

I have a dual boot win95/win2k on the same 50/50 partitioned drive.
I have formatted the c drive which held win98 and the NT dual boot loader whch is now lost. I have installed win98 on the c drive but now cannot access the d drive which holds win2k.
Can anyone tell me how to put back the NT boot loader to access the Win2k opsys.
