Win2003/Sysvol and AD

Hi:

One of my domain controler sysvol folder is not working correctly. For some reason replication doesn’t seem to solve this problem. The saved script file I have in there doen’t map any dirve on the workstations. Do you think I can restore AD database and sysvol to this particular DC if I use the system state back up from the other functning DC? OR do you have any idea how I fix the sysvol folder?
