Win2k Server & NT4 Proxy Server Trust

I have a Windows 2000 server, setup on it’s own domain and AD in mixed mode (NT 4 compatible). I have an NT4 Proxy server
on a different domain, but on the same ip
subnet. I need to give users in the 2000 domain access to the proxy server. Simple – i setup an internet group on win2k, and add that group to the nt4 server. I have not been able to get my WIN2k <-> NT4 trust working. Anyone else tried this?
