WIN95 PASSWORD STARTUP…

Hello to all…
I’m young and this is probably an easy question to all, but how do I get rid of the stupid windows95 password screen that keeps popping up. I have hit cancel many times and yet it still wants to come up. I work for the local parish gov’t so it was the employee that entered a win95 password. I went to the control panel, but I didn’t see any kind of option to just get rid of it.. Please help, I’d appreciate it.. THANKS!
