Win98 Workstation won’t log on

One of my win98 workstations just decided yesterday not to log on to the NT network. It comes up with “no domain server available to validate your password.” It worked fine the day before. I tried removing and reinstalling the NIC, and Protocols (TCP). I have access to the internet, network neighborhood, mapped server drives.
Can’t figure it out. Any ideas?
