Windows 10 won’t shut down

It’s been a while I’m having this problem. When I shut down my laptop, the screen goes black but the processor does not stop working. I need to press and hold laptop power button for 5-6 sec to it shuts down. I don’t know what is the cause of it, any solution is appreciated.
