windows 2000 errors

I formatted my HDD and install windows 2000 and application programs all of a sudden a pop up message appeared, it says “WINDOWS IS SHUTTING DOWN AFTER 60SEC. ‘C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\LSASS.EXE TERMINATED’ ERROR STATUS CODE 128′
this message appear every time, how can i prevent it.
