Windows 2000 Server Printers Disappear

I’m running a Windows 2000 Server with Citrix Metaframe installed for 2 remote branches to login. About once or twice a day all my printers in my printers folder on the server disappear. Only a server reboot brings them back. I have all the latest service packs for both Windows and Citrix installed. Any ideas?
