Windows 7 error code 0x80070017 expand files still on 0%?

i bought from scratch brand new custom pc.
Pentium Dual-core 3.16 Ghz
mATX Asus motherboard P5G41T-M LX Plus
2x 4GB DDR3-1066, Non-ECC unbuffer memory
Western Digital 500GB Hard drive SATA 3.0 GB
Samsung DVD+R Dual Optical drive
400Watt power supply

and now did Bootable priorty DVD drive 1st
2nd then start windows 7 OEM home premium x64 installation then while it started installing first load pass 100% then ‘expansion files’ was next but problem it still on 0%? then gave me error code 0x80070017?

can some1 help me out solve this?
