Windows 7 Pro and HP plotter won’t load

When I try to load the dirvers for an HP Designjet 1055 cm on a Newly installed Windows 7 Pro machine, I am getting a message that the machine cannot load NT4 drivers. I have gone to the root console and turned off (selected ignore) the filter that supposedly generates this message, none the less the message still comes up and I am unable to install the printer. We are NEW to Windows 7. The HP site does not seem to have any drivers specific to Windows 7
