Windows 7 Pro vs MS2013

i have a window 7 professional system with 32bits and ms word 2013 installed.The issue is that each time a word doc is open,the feedback message is ms office has stopped working or not responding.I have uninstall and re-installed again.I do not know what to do for this to work properly.
