Windows 7 Profile Help

We are migrating to individual user profiles in the coming months. Our problem is that when each user logs into their machine for the first time, they have to activate microsoft office 2010 and install some programs needed to run Renaissance Place. I am the admin and have already installed those programs along with activating office. Is there anyway to, for lack of better words “blanket install/activate” these programs for any user that logs into the computer?
