Windows 7 update from 12 January contain errors

Anyone have the same problem as me when installing the new updates for windows 7.
After reboot the folders you can’t open anymore by double click or single click.
It give an error and windows asks for software to open a folder. I checked my registry settings and that looks ok.
No virus found also, when I restore to older settings it works normal again.

So I will not update again untill the bug is solved.
