Hello Guys!

Yesterday I was playing a Game when it suddenly crashed, so I decided to restart my laptop. When it booted up I saw i had no internet connection, it had the little computer sign with a red cross down the bottom right of my computer, so when i clicked on it, it said under Networks : “No Connections are available” I tried everything to fix it using the troubleshoot thing, then while i was searching for some fixes on my phone, i decided to listen to some music, but nothing played. In the bottom left it had the audio sign with a red cross like the internet. I hovered over it and it said “The Audio Service is not running”. And I opened up a few offline programs to see if they would work. They did but they were laggier than usual. This has never happened to my laptop before. I thought it might be a virus, so i did a full pc scan overnight and the next morning, it said nothing was wrong. It wont show me any of my system information like Ram or Processor. I have tried restarting my laptop, i tried turning on Windows Security Center Service but it wouldnt let me. I tried enabling my network adapters and wouldnt let me. I have no idea what to do, any one know a fix?
I have a HP Envy M6 Laptop with 8Gb of RAM and a 2.60ghz processor. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks!
