Windows 98 Lock UP

I have a new motherboard and a new microprocessor (AMD-K6). When I try to open My Canon Multi Pass Print Server Windows 98 Locks up. I have already reinstalled the printe drivers and reinstalled Windows 98 and that has not solved my problem. Whatelese can I try to solve my problem?
