Windows 98 – RAS, proper configuration?

Does anyone know how to properly configure Remote Access Server on Windows 98se using the Dial-Up Server Remote access feature … using TCP/IP … all I have been able to do is to get it to answer sometimes, then if you get in (using the password Ihave setup), you can’t see any of the network resources … just want to be able to login to the Win 98 peer-to-peer network to get a file or two I left at the office or that I need to upload for someone to use ?
