Windows Installer. V 4.5.6001.22159 pop up

Hi I need help again very recently I am having problem with the pop up as mentioned. When I reboot my computer the pop up will appear, it will appear at interval time or when I open a file or doing something. What it mean to say the pop up is something to ask you to configure or setting. Below is the pop up box.

v – runs from source and recaches local package
