Windows NT/2000 Printer Problem

I have a Windows 2000 Professional box that has an Epson printer directly connected to it and is shared. When I try to add the printer on a Windows NT box, I get this error:

Printer driver setup error: The printer driver is unknown

I am an administrator on both machines, so no permission problems. I have the latest drivers and I am pointing to them during printer setup. What is going on?
