Windows – User Environment box

Two of these boxes pop up one stating that it cannot load the locally stored profile and the other states it is logging me on with a temporary profile. The desktop appears but any changes made, any new email or any bookmarks are lost when shutting down. I do not know how or where to correct this problem. I have found a hidden profile file containing email, bookmarks, address book etc but do not know where it should be so that it can be accessed by Netscape. I am using WindowsXPPro. Has anyone run into this problem?
