Windows Vista Ultimate IE7 does not open some www sites

Good day.

I have a weird problem in which Windows Vista Ultimate IE7 does not open some www sites. Windows XP IE7 do open the sites.

Some times IE7/Vista does open a site, but after a while it stops opening them.

Have read a lot, no answer yet.
