Windows XP Home cpu usage 100%

Hi,
In my laptop the cpu usaeg is always 100%. the program srv32 is using more cpu time. around 97-99. when ever i open any application it is decreasing little bit and again it is coming back to 99%.

please guide me how to rectify this problem.
