Windows XP No http data

Hello !

After updating windows XP, i can’t send http data.
All other types of protocols, are OK, https, smtp, messenger, pop, …

I?ve tried different browsers (ie7,firefox), disable firewall, antivirus, …
I?ve also tried a complete repair of windows xp.
And nothing of this works.

This have happened in to different computers until now.

On the first one, I thought I made some mistake, so I?ve formatted the PC and now all it?s ok.
The second, I was hoping to find some help.
