Windows xp Pro + SP2 UPDATE

Dear Members,
I bought W xp + Sp2 together with my PC.
The program WAS doing the updates via microsoft Update. After months the Updates didn?t come anymore. A ?tecnician (?) was going to arrange this via Netmeeting. The Result is: Tecnician Not to find anymore ,…. neighter the orriginal Serial of W xp Pro + sp2 .

What can I do ?

Hopefully someboddy can help. ???
