Windows XP Security

Dear All,

I would like to do following on my XP Pro Computer.

Restrict Removal media i.e. CD Rom, Floppy
Restrict 2 USB ports out of 4
Restrictions should not affect administrator group.
Do not using any 3rd party software.
If any tool from Microsoft would sufficient?
