WINNT or Win2000?

This may be naive, but …

What advatages does WINNT server have over Win2000 server?

I am looking at installing a server (group) into an enterprise that has no Windows-based servers. It would seem that most aren’t migrating to 2000 because they are already running NT. ??

Are there any good resources on this topic?
