WINS, Trusts, and two domains

OK. I asked a variation of this before, and the results didn’t work. Here’s my problem: I’ve got two NT domains. Domain A cannot see Domain B. I’ve a 2-way trust established. Domain B can see domain A for shares, etc. However: User Manager in either domain cannot see the other domain. I’ve a WINS server in Domain B, and no WINS server in Domain A. Domain A points to an off-site (WAN connected) WINS Server at HQ. What do I need to do to get these two domains to play nice together?
