WinXP Pro New Install Hangs

When installing XPPro, booting from cd, it does not get passed “Setup is loading files (Video Driver)… And it will not go passed that. I’ve tried booting from floppy, same thing, but it gets stuck on WIndows Executive.

Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction?????
