Wireless Internet Problems

Hello all,

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 and I am trying to access my wireless internet via Linksys WRT54G. We have Comcast internet service and we are using their RCA Broadband modem.

Here is my issue:

1. When I am connect via cat5 ethernet cable to the modem i can use IE/Firefox just fine.

2. When I have the ethernet cable plugged in the “internet” port of the Linksys WRT54G to the RCA Modem, i can connect fine, but IE and Firefox will freeze when i try to connect wirelessly.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
