wireless isp

I want to setup an WISP in my area where there is a 100 feet tower, upon which i intend placing my access point (Engenius 2611) attached to a 15dbi omni antenna. I also have a 5dbi attached antenna to a wireless adapter i intend using for my clients over a distance of 2 kilometers, i want to know if this is feasible. thanks
