Word Macro’s only work for administrator

Word 2000 macro’s (day/date fields, table of contents, etc) only work for user admin. The “normal” user haw full admin rights. Document with a table of contents displays fine if logged in as admin. Log in a ‘user’ and it only displays the TOC macro. I replaced normal.dot. Suspect an unregistered dll but can’t figure out how to identify the culprit.
