i am using compaq pressario laptop 1200 that comes with WORD already installed however when I try to send E-mail I get an error message that reads “The feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disc that is not available. My question is “What CD-ROM disc do I need that is not already installed in the machine when I bought it
